A letter from Ino Badillo

My family and I are very humbled and grateful for the huge support we received at our kickoff event. The huge turn out solidified my decision to be your next Bexar County Constable for Precinct 2. We made our announcement in precinct 2, because I grew up on N.W. 23rd St at Culebra Rd.  I attended Marin B. Fenwick Elementary, Horace Mann Middle School and Thomas Jefferson High School Class of 1981.  My wife of 32 years, Sandi and I raised our two children here within precinct 2. Most of all, because I believe in the diverse cultures, neighborhoods and what they bring to our county, cities and specifically precinct 2.

As a 35-year law enforcement veteran with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, I want to continue in the service to my precinct, my community, my family and friends, as these great leaders have. Precinct 2 has provided me with the education, support and opportunities that have benefited me and my family.  I feel that it is incumbent upon us to give back to our community for the many blessings we have received.

As your Bexar County Constable of Precinct 2, I will continue a lifelong service to our community. I will bring integrity, honor, and commitment to the Constables Office, but most importantly, safety for you and your families.
